Main tractor driver job - south somerset

we are an agricultural & plant contractors with a medium sized fleet of john deere tractors, loading shovel, forage & combine harvester, excavators with tilt rotator.

we are looking for a main operator to join the team. seasonal position available too.

duties may include:

4 rotor raking

triple mowing

trailering (grain & silage)

muck/slurry applications

ploughing, drilling and other cultivations

excavator operating

hedge trimming

combining

machinery maintenance

ideal candidate would be reliable, hard working, take pride in their work and have a sense of humour!

full uk driving licence required

good general mechanical skills are an advantage

13 tonne excavator experience alwaysa bonus

we are a small team that enjoy a relaxed environment whilst completing work to a high standard.

the job requires long hours through peak times of the seasons, dinner and refreshments are usually supplied for long days.
