Senior Agronomist

A leading independent agronomy firm is seeking a Senior Agronomist to manage a portfolio of high-value farming clients across East Anglia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong agronomist looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role:

• Provide strategic crop advice to a portfolio of 15–20 farm clients covering 12,000+ hectares
• Develop tailored crop protection and nutrition programmes
• Conduct regular field walking and crop monitoring
• Stay current with new chemistry, biological solutions, and precision agriculture technology
• Mentor junior agronomists within the team

About You:

• BASIS qualified with a minimum of 7 years' agronomy experience
• FACTS qualified
• Proven track record of managing large client portfolios
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Package: £50,000 – £65,000 plus vehicle, bonus, and professional development support.
