Skilled arable operator & general farm worker job - buckinghamshire

we are looking to recruit an experience operator to join our team. our estate is a 500 ha family-owned, arable estate on the edge of milton keynes.

this is a varied role that can be adapted to suit the applicants strengths, offering opportunities to grow, take on responsibility and progress.

applicant ideally should possess pa1 & pa2, telehandler/forklift and atv certificates as well as sound knowledge and experience, however further training would be provided for the right applicant with a can-do attitude.

expected start date of march/april 2026, although this can be flexible.
