An exciting opportunity has arisen within our family run arable and beef enterprise for a skilled head agri operative.
You will be working with a range of modern machinery alongside a hardworking and friendly team.
Key Features:
* Operate machinery, including combine harvester, sprayer and one pass drill
* Round baling - hay, silage and straw
* Mowing, tedding, raking and wrapping
* Bale carting
* Telehandler operations
Responsibilities:
* Assist the family in the day to day running of the business and be able to take charge when required.
* Perform daily and preventative maintenance and safety checks on plant & machinery, including greasing and fault identification
* Maintain the cleanliness of the plant and equipment such that it portrays a good company image
* Arable, general farm work as well as working with cattle.
Requirements for role:
* Full driving licence
* PA1, PA2 & PA4 desirable but not essential
