we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated stock person to join our team on a mixed farm in wiltshire.
the role covers all aspects of running the day-to-day duties of looking after our grass-fed aberdeen angus suckler herd and a smaller belted galloway herd. maintaining estate game.
the successful candidate will be adaptable and be able to work as part of the estate team, have an eye for detail, work in a tidy and orderly fashion and enjoy working on a farm!
applicants should have confidence and experience in the following areas:
safe handling of livestock
tractor work to include topping, haymaking and combining
estate maintenance including fencing, forestry, general repairs and groundworks
a 3-bedroom home and an attractive package awaits the successful candidate.
