Stock person/general farm worker job - scotland

We are a well-established, family-owned farming business based in Eastern Perthshire and are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Stockperson to manage our organic suckler herd of approximately 110 cows and followers.

The successful applicant will have a solid background in livestock husbandry, with proven experience in animal health, administering treatments, calving, and maintaining accurate records. A good standard of stockmanship is essential. Training can be provided for the right candidate.

The role involves the day-to-day management of the cattle, including feeding, bedding, and ensuring high standards of animal welfare. The position will also include general tractor and farm duties to support the arable enterprise.
