Tractor Driver Drill/Cultivation Operator
Hourly Rate: £14.25, plus overtime
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours - based on farm rota over 5 days - hours will be longer in peak season.

Youll play a vital role in growing the freshest, highest-quality salads and herbs. As our Drill/Cultivation Operator, youll make sure every crop starts strongprecision drilling and cultivation that sets the foundation for success.
Youll take charge of drilling operations, calibrating seed densities, and keeping accurate records on our farm systems. Youll maintain seed stock levels, keep the seed area clean and audit-ready, and ensure all equipment is in top condition for the job. Daily checks, machinery maintenance, and attention to detail will be second nature to you.
You can do this because youre experienced in tractor driving, physically fit, and ready to work outdoors in all conditions. Youre a team player who understands health and safety, and youre willing to go the extra mile when the season demands it. A full driving licence is essential, and a forklift certificate is a bonus.
