A 3.95 ac (1.60 ha) parcel of woodland at Ide’s Common

The Woodland at Ide's Common comprises of 3.95 acres (1.60ha) of Ancient and Semi Natural Woodland which is predominantly planted with semi-mature broadleaf woodland with a mix of Sweet Chestnut, Beech and the predominant understorey is Hazel coppice. The woodland is in the South Downs National Park and poses a good opportunity for a weekend forester or amenity use. Please note that the woodland is also subject to a blanket Tree Protection Order.

The woodland is accessed from the A285 and benefits from a right of access over a metaled access track to the north of the land shown yellow on the plan. The property is approximately 3 miles north of Halnaker and has good access to Chichester (7 miles).
