Viewing Arrangements:
Prospective purchasers are invited to arrange a private viewing of the herd, guided by the current Commercial Director and Herd Manager. This provides a first-hand opportunity to assess the herd, facilities, and operational excellence. All viewing appointments are coordinated through the Selling Agents to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Offers:
Brown & Co has been instructed by the Directors of Wyndford Wagyu to invite offers from interested parties. The deadline for submissions is 12:00 Noon on Friday, 29th May 2026. Prospective purchasers should submit offers in writing, having: reviewed all available sales information, accessed the Data Room and conducted a viewing of the herd

All initial offers should be marked "subject to contract" and sent via email to: james.walton@brown-co.com.

Offers should clearly indicate any limitations or conditions. The Vendor reserves the right not to accept the highest offer-or any offer at all. Following acceptance of an offer, it is anticipated that contracts will be exchanged within 28 days, ensuring a smooth and timely transaction process.
