A young farmer who has been recently diagnosed with leukaemia has been given a massive morale boost.
281 tractors took part in a cancer charity rally to raise funds for 23 year old Andrew Gill from Saintfield, in County Down, Northern Ireland.
The machinery had travelled to Hillmount Garden Centre to set off on a charity 12-mile road run in aid of the Friends of the Cancer Centre.
The 23-year-old is a member of Moneyrea Young Farmers Club (YFC), who helped organise the momentous rally.
The event raised more than £13,500 so far, with the amount constantly increasing.
Andrew was allowed to leave hospital for a few hours on Thursday to attend the event.
Mr Gill drove a brand new Massey Ferguson tractor at the front of the convoy before heading back into hospital that night for more chemotherapy.
