Abnormal weather hits DPRK's agriculture sector

Abnormal weather has seriously affected the agriculture industry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), official news agency KCNA reported Wednesday.

The highest daytime temperature was three degrees Celsius lower and sunshine intensity 20 percent less this year than average mid-May levels, KCNA quoted an official of the Central Meteorological Institute as saying.
