Agrovista announces expansion

Agrovista UK Ltd, an agronomy specialist, crop protection and horticultural product distributor has announced its further expansion of its Amenity division, Sherriff Amenity, with an acquisition in the north of England.

Agrovista has just completed the purchase of the Northumberland based amenity distributor Amenity-one Ltd, owned and managed by Graham Pickford, to further secure its position in the specialist amenity market and expand the Sherriff Amenity business.

Amenity-One is based at Haltwhistle in Northumberland, and supplies services to amenity businesses across the northern counties. All staff will transfer to Agrovista, and Graham Pickford will continue to be involved in the management of this part of the Sherriff Amenity business from the existing Amenity One premises.
