Farmers’ leader to run for deputy in Formosa

Argentine Rural Confederantions (CRA) Vice-President Ricardo Buryaile will run as a candidate to the Lower House of Congress for the Radical Party in Formosa province in the upcoming June 28 midterm elections. The party’s provincial convention held in Pirané city unanimously approved Buryaile’s candidacy yesterday. Buryaile said he will resign as CRA vice-president to concentrate on the campaign. Party sources also said an alliance in the district with the centre-left ARI is still under consideration.
