Argentina- NewTrade Missions will boost farm exports.

NEW TRADE MISSIONS.

The government of Argentina, have opened 3 new trade missions. covering Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Thailand, Peru and Colombia.

The Foreign Ministry said, that each mission will have a national undersecretary of international trade.

The Middle East Mission, opened in November and South East Asia opened as well.

The aim of the missions, is to promote Argentine beef, grain and wines.

Lebanon importedUS$45 million last year, Syria US$143 million and Jordan US$25 million.


Trade has dropped with these nations in recent years, the trade missions are to re-ignite exports.

Vietnam imported US$324 million last year and Thailand US$365 million.

The Latin American mission, is to promote wines and agricultural machinery.
