RAIN DELAYS SUGAR HARVEST.

Australia like Brazil, is experiencing rain problems effecting the sugar cane harvest. While both counties have been desperate for rain this year after 3 years of dry, the one crop that does not require the good rains is sugar cane.

The rain can impede the harvest by up to 15 pc on yields. The recent flooding in Queensland could damage the crop, however the graziers needed the rain after four years of drought.
