AUSTRALIA-Suitable cattle hard to find

Following the shorter weeks and good rainfall across large areas of NSW and Queensland, the supply of cattle suitable to feeders and processors remains relatively tight.

Despite more numbers coming forward when compared to previous weeks, the recent rainfall has seen producers hold onto suitable quality lines in hope of a future price rise. Supply has predominantly been made up of plain lines, as producers offload stock before winter.
