BOLIVIA-RUSSIAN GAS PIPELINES.

A deal has been signed between the government of Bolivia and the government of Russia, which is going to increase the significance of Russia in the region.

Dmetry Medvedev, said on Tuesday in Moscow, " A memorandum has been signed committing Russia to the Bolivian gas project until 2030".
