POULTRY EXPORTS.

The Brazilian Poultry Exporters Association confirmed, that the Middle East is still the main buyer of fresh and frozen chicken from Brazil.

Exports to the region for the first 10 months of 2008, are valued at US$1.3 billion.

The market is growing at an incredible rate, today several Brazilian meat exporters boast numerous trading offices in the region, with a back up quality control service.

The product is all Halal slaughtered, in accordance with the Moslem tradition.

Brazil is the worlds largest exporter of poultry products, and the third largest producer, after China and the United States.
