Brazil-Trade talks with Argentina.

BRAZIL- ARGENTINA AND BRAZIL FAIL TO REACH TRADE AGREEMENT.

Economy and Foreign Ministers of Argentina and Brazil, failed to reach agreement on Wednesday in talks that were set out to improve the trade between both counties.

Argentina claim that Brazil have imposed trade barriers since the start of the global economic downturn.

Brazil are in return concerned that Argentina will not be in a position to fulfill the wheat quota this year, as Brazil relies on Argentina for wheat every season.

Argentina are watching Brazil pick up valuable soy customers for the second year running, in 2008 caused by the farmers dispute and this year the drought.

The Brazilian Ministers said, " We need to consider financial measure that could affect economic integration, we prefer to discuss these matters so we can foster trade between both of our countries".
