Brazilian Food Co Perdigao Puts 4,220 More Workers On Leave

Brazilian food company Perdigao (PDA) said Monday

it will put thousands more workers on leave nationwide. The company did not

give precise reasons why it was putting another 4,220 workers on paid leave

after putting 2,370 on leave in Rio Grande do Sul state just last week.
