The Bureau of Meteorology has downgraded its flood warnings in Queensland, but good rain keeps coming to Northern Australia, with more falls overnight in Western Australia and Queensland.
The Bureau still has flood warnings current in Queensland for the Condamine River and its tributaries, the Weir River and the Moonie River.
But most of the State's other flood areas are now receding, with only minor flooding still current in the Fitzroy River and its tributaries; renewed rises and minor flooding on the Mackenzie River at Bingegang, and on the
Upper Dawson River at Taroom.
There is still also minor flooding on the Boyne, Stuart, Mary, Bremer, Logan, Paroo, Bulloo, Thomson and the Lower Warrego rivers.
However, the rain keeps falling, but overnight the storms were restricted to the Queensland coast, with Mareeba receiving 70mm, Rockhampton 23mm, and Beerburrum 30mm.
The monsoonal system is still active, with another low over WA bringing more rain.
