New area sales manager
Dr Stephan Hagen has been appointed area sales manager for Lohmann Animal Health’s vaccines division in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He will be based at the company’s Cuxhaven headquarters in Germany.
After studying veterinary medicine and gaining his veterinary degree at the University of Giessen, Dr Hagen was awarded his PhD for a study into the acaricide resistance of the tropical cattle tick Boophilus Microplus in Central America.
In addition to international work experience and internships, Dr Hagen’s professional career has embraced spells in general practice and a wide range of management posts with companies involved in the pharmaceutical, vaccine and food industries.
Married with three children, Dr Hagen lives in Bergisch Gladbach near Cologne.
