Russia raises 2009 above quota Import Duties for poultry and pork

The Russian government said Friday it had decided to raise as of Jan. 1, 2009 for one year the import duty for pork to 75% of the contract price.

But no less than EUR1,500 per metric ton, from 60% but no less than EUR1,000 per ton.
