SWINE FEVER.

A new report dated the 29 December, from the Russia Department of Agriculture, state that there have been no new outbreaks of swine fever in the last 6 weeks in Russia.

The country was plagued with the African strain of swine fever initially in August and September, causing the government to impose restrictions in certain parts of the country.

The previous government report was published on 17 November, so all the signs appear very positive according to government spokesman.
