Argentina-Cattle markets this week.

ARGENTINA-CATTLE MARKETS.

After no cattle sales last week, there were 18,271 head of cattle on offer on Monday and the price was still very firm for local cattle.

The trend continued and by Thursday night there was a total of 47,467 cattle passed through the market for the week including cattle delivered for Friday mornings sale.

The cow prices were weak however the prime small vealers for the domestic market were up to US$100c/kg.

The big calf sales kicked off this week as the autumn cull begins and there were over 150,000 calves on offer this .
