ARGENTINA-DROUGHT DAMAGE.

While indeed the rain has arrived in Argentina breaking the drought, the damage that has already been done in now being assessed.

The provinces of La Pampa, Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, have all received much needed moisture to the soil.

The rain has improved the soy crop expectations, however it arrived to late to help many of the corn fields.

There could be as much as a 10 million ton drop in the soy crop and the 14 million ton maize harvest is 25% lower than projections..
