Argentina-Farm Trade deal with China.

ARGENTINA-ACCORD WITH CHINA.

Chinese Vice-Premier Hui Liangvu, currently visiting Argentina, signed accords to boost cooperation in agriculture, mining and trade through Argentina’s Banco de la Nacion and the Development Bank of China on Tuesday..

"The Argentine government is intent on strengthening ties with such an important player on the world stage as China", said Sergio Massa who was hosting a cabinet meeting for the visitor.

Massa signed a memorandum of understanding, on behalf of the president, who is currently on a state visit to Spain.

The main Argentine exports to China, are food, tobacco, leather and soy, while the main imports are toys, shoes, plastic and rubber.

China is the third largest trading partner with Latin America
