FARMERS TURN POLITICAL.

Farm leaders and government officials criticized each other on Sunday in Buenos Aires, after two days of farmers protests in Argentina by farm producers.

The federal government accused the farmers of trying to politicize their protests, because many of them are running for Congress in the mid term elections in May.

Meanwhile the president flew off to Havana on Sunday, for a three day state visit to Cuba and meetings with the Castro brothers.

The drought crisis is now very serious, there were rains in the capital on Sunday night and forecasts indicate that rain could be on the way later in the week.
