ARGENTINA-NEW TIES WITH MIDDLE EAST.

President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner yesterday arrived in Doha, Qatar, to participate in the II summit of heads of state of Arab and UNASUR Latin American countries. "The summit will deepen South-South cooperation and open a joint agenda in multilateral forums," said Foreign Minister Jorge Taiana shortly after his arrival in Doha, where he is joining the official delegation. Argentina exported products for five billion dollars to the middle-east region last year.
