NO TAX FOR FARMERS.
The official tax office of Argentina AFIP, has made the new emergency tax measures for farmers official on Friday, no farmer has to pay private or business tax until January of 2010 at the earliest, no matter what the outcome of the weather may be.
Farmers are to receive transport vouchers for the movement of grain or livestock which will now be done at the government expense.
These new measures now passed as law were announced on the government web site over the weekend.
