AUSTRALIA-AU$3.3 MILLION FOR DAIRY FARM..

large-scale local dairy farmer has purchased 259 hectares of land at Comboyne, near Port Macquarie NSW for $3.3 million.

The Australian Financial Review reports that the new owner will use the property to expand his dairying operations.

The property, on Ponsford Road, is reported to be the largest single holding on the Comboyne Plateau.

There is frontage to the Thone River and ocean views.

Kevin Debreceny Real Estate Port Macquarie negotiated the sale by private treaty.

Mr Debreceny also recently sold a 25 hectare avocado property south of Maxville on the north coast of NSW to a Sydney IT businessman for $1.7 million.
