Every news wire and all the ill informed farming and meat publications, have been writing about the benefits of kangaroo meat in place of beef ,this week.

What utter nonsense it really is, according to leading meat traders in Australia, while indeed they emit fewer greenhouse gasses than cattle.

Who wants kangaroo meat in place of beef or lamb.

Perhaps the greenies, who campaign against the annual kangaroo cull in Australia, should educate their fellow greenies, who now want us to eat the meat.

This is akin to saying, we should all ride bicycles instead of driving cars, to save the planet.

There has been an enormous market built in kangaroo meat for Russia, mainly to the far east of the country, where is has replaced the use of horsemeat and reindeer in the manufacturing industry.
