AUSTRALIA-Representatives of Australia’s largest supplier of smallgoods have appeared in a Sydney court today to face charges over the company’s product labels.
The New South Wales Food Authority has accused Primo of labelling some products as 100 per cent Australian, when the contents were actually from overseas.Primo has been charged with 145 offences and faces a maximum fine of almost $1.5 million if it is found guilty.The company
