MEAT PLANT LEASED.

Independencia Alimentos Ltd, have leased the Mato Grosso plant in Colder Brazil, with a three year option to buy at a fixed price..

The state of the art plant, has capacity for 1000 head of cattle per day to be slaughtered boned and packaged.

The three year option to purchase the plant is at a fixed price of US$85 million, in the meantime the plant will be rented at US$7.4 million per year.

The deal will save the company considerable capital, to invest in the procurement and production of beef.
