Bulgaria New Agriculture Fund CEO Elected

Bulgaria's Agricultural Minister introduced Friday the new CEO of the Bulgarian Agriculture State Fund.

The Fund's new Director is Atanas Kunchev, who was until now Deputy Finance Minister.

At a meeting Thursday, the Fund's Managing Board decided to release Vladimir Karamichev as Deputy CEO of the Fund. A new Deputy CEO has not been nominated yet. The other Deputy - Alizan Yaova is going to fulfill both duties until Karamichev's replacement is elected.

The Agricultural Minister is also presenting Friday the Cabinet's actions in response to the EU funds from the SAPPARD program that have been put on hold.
