Canada-20 people died from contaminated meat and problems still not ressolveed.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is investigating Maple Leaf Foods after a plant owned by the company tested positive for listeria.
The Toronto Star is reporting the bacteria was found at the Cappola Food plant, which produces deli meat for Canada and the United States.
The CFIA has issued no recalls or warnings and says there is no evidence of anyone becoming ill from the plant’s products.
Maple Leaf Foods is still recovering from last summer’s listeriosis outbreak, when at least 20 people died from tainted meat from a Toronto plant.
