Cattle market plans expected by end of year

A FULL planning application for Hereford's new cattle market is expected to be made by the end of the year.

Future neighbours of the market - set for a site off Roman Road - are to be consulted before the application is made.

This week, Herefordshire Council invited "expressions of interest" in the plan from would-be contractors. In accordance with European regulations, advertisements went in publications across the continent.
