Chile’s National Fishing Service has expanded it official list of infectious salmon anemia out break sites, adding in 4 new regions and fish farms.

Two of the new sites belong to Norwegian fish company Marine Harvest, who are on of the largest fish exporters in Chile.

The new list now contains 19 large fish farms in 17 regions of Chile.

21 other farms, have had to destroy all their stocks of fish and disinfect the ponds.

Salmon exports are one of the main exports of Chile.
