Chill out this Christmas with EMBLEX

Well, thanks to the English Beef and Lamb Executive (EBLEX), things could run more smoothly when preparing Christmas lunch this year.

Now in its third year, the EBLEX Roast Rage website at www.roastrage.co.uk is back by popular demand offering all the hints and tips you need to turn out perfect beef and lamb this festive season, along with a hotline offering advice from top chefs.

The site is being backed up by a wide-ranging advertorial campaign in target women's and consumer press in the run up to Christmas - including a major TV listings magazine.

Christmas beef and lamb promotional kits with posters, festive recipe leaflets and order forms have also been sent to over 4,500 independent butchers and farm shops to help boost seasonal sales.
