Conservative Government 'good for business' says 4x4 expert
Mike Wheeler, managing director at Brierley Hill-based Auto Styling Truckman, has praised the Conservative-led Government in today’s Daily Telegraph, where more than 100 business leaders voiced their concerns over Labour’s ability to continue Britain’s economic recovery.
Over the past five years Auto Styling Truckman has moved from strength to strength operating in an economy stimulated by Mr. Cameron’s policies.
In the period since the Government was elected the company’s key statistics have all been good :
· Its workforce has grown from 25 to 65
· It is projected to employ 110 people by 2020
· Turnover has grown from £5.1 m in 2010-11 to £12.5 m in 2014 -15
Mr Wheeler said: “I was happy to sign this letter because the success of Auto Styling Truckman has been in no small part down to the recovery of the economy. It has enabled small and medium businesses throughout the country to regain confidence and begin investing, safe in the knowledge that the Government will continue to support their development.
“Our own success has resulted in the creation of jobs and the simulation of the local economy and with the latest GDP figures showing the fastest growth rate for nine years the future looks great.”
