Crop software developers join in data transfer
Farmade Management Systems Ltd. and Muddy Boots Software Ltd., both leaders in crop management software for farmers, agronomists and advisors, have formalised a method of data transfer between their respective systems’ GateKeeper and CropWalker. The initiative, which was announced last year, has now gone live.
Both organisations recognised the growing need to improve general ease of integration between business systems for their customers. Both GateKeeper and CropWalker alike are essential tools for the modern farming business, and facilitating a method of data transfer between the two systems has resulted in intelligent two-way data synchronisation of the key records. This has led to a significant reduction in the time spent record-keeping for customers, which traditionally involved manually coordinating the data between the individual software systems.
Jonathan Evans, Managing Director of Muddy Boots Software talks about the launch of the initiative;
’We have been working with Farmade for nearly 12 months to make this possible. I am sure it will have a significant impact on all users of either system.’
