Eco farming needs a global initiative
Regional action on climate change will be counter-productive if not mirrored globally, Welsh farmers concluded after meeting one of the world’s foremost experts.
Meirionnydd FUW members met Nobel Peace Prize winner Sir John Houghton to discuss the implications of global climate change for Welsh farmers.
It was arranged by FUW county executive officer Huw Jones to coincide with the current Assembly Government review of agri-environment schemes in Wales.
