Farmers say Coalition lacks vision

The National Farmers Federation has blasted the Federal Coalition, saying its agriculture policy lacks vision on some of the most important issues.

A traditional ally of the Coalition, the federation has welcomed the Agriculture's Minister's commitment to reviewing the quarantine system following the horse flu outbreak.

But NFF President David Crombie says farmers can't afford to be led by a Government lacking leadership on climate change, drought and water scarcity
