Fengrain and Centaur in merger talks

The Boards of Centaur and Fengrain are pleased to announce that they are entering into discussions to merge the marketing arms of their separate companies.

The companies will be making a further announcement as soon as detailed arrangements are approved.

Both boards believe that this will represent a significant opportunity to develop their businesses to the benefit of their farmer members and food industry customers.
