Among the new information producers will hear is:

The first chance to see the brand new BRP cull cow live to dead DVD and

The first public demonstration of the interactive beef Snapshot farm costings.

Speakers will include Richard Phelps, MD of Southern Counties Fresh Foods Ltd., Geoff Hall from Lloyds TSB Business Banking, Meat and Livestock Commission (MLC) International Manager Peter Hardwick and Matt Wyatt of Leo Burnett, London.

John Cross, EBLEX Chairman, said: "We want to encourage farmers to take a closer look at topics such as exports, livestock selection, farm costings and brand development to see what impact these can have on the farm business."

The event is free to all English beef and sheep producers. Places will be taken on a "first come, first served" basis. Details from: conference2007@eblex.org.uk or call 0870 609 1840.
