HES Tractec, a specialist supplier of genuine parts for the agricultural, construction and waste management industries, has been appointed as an authorised UK distributor for the mechatronic solutions provider, Comer Industries, following the signing of an enhanced distribution agreement that targets OEM companies.
With an annual turnover in excess £300 million and over 1,200 employees, Comer Industries is a global leader in the design and production of advanced engineering systems and mechatronic solutions for power transmission. The company supplies to major manufacturers of agricultural equipment, industrial machinery and renewable energy applications worldwide.
HES Tractec will continue to stock and supply the world-class engineering systems manufactured by Comer Industries and used across a wealth of technical applications in the industrial, off-highway, construction, energy renewables and agriculture sectors. This extended agreement enables HES Tractec to support the UK arm of Comer Industries, managing OEM customers designing and manufacturing engineering systems based on the Comer brand.
Cormer Industries has enjoyed strong growth in the UK, resulting in the decision to build on the success of their existing relationship with HES Tractec. Looking to implement a distribution support that will improve market penetration and deliver high service levels, full technical support and a faster, more flexible service, Comer recognised the ability of HES Tractec to react quickly to the needs of a changing market.
