High marks for countys farmers market

MOORESTOWN - Despite the blustery weather, a steady stream of customers perused tables, picking up produce and flowers, and tried some pumpkin soup yesterday outside the county agriculture center.

By all accounts, the first year of the Burlington County Farmers Market, which closes for the season Saturday, has been a success.

The only complaint customers had yesterday was that they'd like to see even more local farmers participate in the weekly event.
