Holland-Meat company expands into Eastern Europe.
Impala Invest B.V. is seeking to buy the shares of Bella Bulgaria and is in the final stages of negotiations following approval by the Commission for Protection of Competition.
Part of the deal will be assurances over the retention of the production facilities and the management of the Bulgarian company.
Bella Bulgaria said that the business goals and the expansion of the company’s market position would also have to be established.
Bella Bulgaria said that Impala’s interest showed how the management of the company was valued and also how the company had developed so far.
