BEEF WHOLESALERS ARRESTED.

Beef wholesalers Gifu Prefecture in Yorocho, were raided last month and directors arrested, for mislabeling imported beef for the high priced Hida Beef, contrary to the Japanese Agricultural Standards Laws.

The police allege the practice has been going on for a considerable time, with the full knowledge and consent of the company directors.
