Lochhead in farming talks with EU

Rural affairs secretary Richard Lochhead will make the case for Scotland's farmers and fishermen during talks with EU chiefs.

He is to hold a private meeting with commissioner for agriculture and rural development Mariann Fischer Boel in Brussels to call for changes to the Common Agriculture Policy (CAP) to recognise Scotland's unique farming industry.
